It is my personal belief that, during the years he spent with the Mets as Mike Piazza's backup, Todd was the best all-around backup catcher in the major leagues, and that he could have started for more than a few clubs. He's pictured here on his first professional card (which was also a wedding present given to me by my wife). Another card is shown below which celebrates Todd's greatest Mets moment.
